TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Holidays booked through fasttrackski.co.uk are governed by Virgin Holidays Cruises Ltd terms and conditions. If you require further clarification of these terms and conditions please ask your sales clerk at the time of booking.

1. Booking Conditions

Your legal contract is with the tour operator (or airline) specified on your confirmation receipt. Virgin Holidays Cruises Ltd acts only as your agent. It is essential that you have read and understand their booking conditions. These can usually be found in the back of the tour operators brochure, please contact us if you require a copy of the booking conditions.

All timings are provisional and are subject to change under your tour operators terms and conditions.

Any complaints regarding your holiday must be received in writing within 28 days from the date of return. It is strongly recommended that you communicate any complaint to the tour operator without delay and complete a report form in resort.

Special requests will be notified to the tour operator but under your tour operators booking conditions cannot be guaranteed.

If you wish to make any changes to your holiday, we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any changes or cancellations must be received in writing from the person who made the booking. Any amendment or cancellation will result in charges.

The lead named passenger is responsible for ensuring the total balance is paid.

2. Deposit & Balance

If your holiday is booked inside 13 weeks of departure, the full cost of your holiday is due. Outside of 13 weeks a deposit must be paid.

Please note that Virgin Holidays Cruises Ltd will not send you a reminder when your balance is due.

If full payment is not received by the balance due date, we will notify the principal who may cancel your booking and charge the cancellation fees set out in their Terms and Conditions.

3. Insurance

It is important that you travel with adequate travel insurance for all members in your party.

4. Passport

If you wish to travel abroad you must hold a ten-year passport, even for a day trip. Apply in good time to the UK passport office 08705210410. For non-UK residents you should contact your consulate or embassy.

Ensure your passport is valid for the duration of your trip. Some countries have an immigration requirement for a passport to remain valid for a minimum period (usually six months) beyond date of entry to the country.

This is a requirement of the country concerned, not the UK passport office. Any questions should be addressed to the relevant consulate or embassy.

5. Visa Requirements

You may require a visa to enter the country you are travelling to.

For all visa enquires contact the consulate or embassy of the country you plan to visit.

If you are a British Dependant Territories citizen, British overseas citizen, British subject, British National overseas, or a British protected person, you may need a visa that is not required by British citizens.

6. Flight Times and Changes

All flight timings are provisional and could be subject to change. You'll be informed of any major changes to your flight or other part of your holiday.

7. Credit and Debit Card Charges

For all bookings, credit card charges are as follows:

Mastercard or Visa - 2.5

American Express/Diners Club - 3.5%

Debit Cards (e.g. Switch) - No charge

8. Other Service Charges

Virgin Holidays Cruises Ltd will make the following charges in addition to any tour operator charges:

Amendment: £10 per-person for booking amendments

Cancellation: £75 per-person except where the cancellation charge is 100%, when no charge will be made.

Booking Fee: £35 per person.

9. Your Money is Financially Protected

We are fully bonded members of the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA). In the unlikely event of our or your ATOL protected operator's insolvency, your money is protected under the terms of this licence, and if abroad you will be repatriated.

10. Credit Card Fraud Contingency

If you do not supply the correct credit or debit card billing address and/or cardholder information, the issue of your tickets may be delayed and the overall cost may increase. We reserve the right to cancel your holiday if payment is declined or if you have supplied incorrect credit card information. We also reserve the right to do random checks (including the electoral roll) in order to minimise credit card fraud. As a result of this, before issuing tickets we may require you to provide us with a fax or postal copy of proof of address, a copy of your credit card and a recent statement.

11. Property Descriptions & Images

We believe that our property descriptions & images are accurate and complete, however, tour operators provide this information to us either electronically or we take it from their brochures. Although we make every effort to keep up to date with any alterations, we do not accept any liability arising from any inaccuracy or omission in the property descriptions or images.

12. Promotions on website

Promotions on the website such as free lift passes & 2-4-1 lift passes are only available at the time of booking, or for the duration of the promotion, and must be booked through Fast Track Ski.

Should the holiday you have requested not be available our travel consultant will offer you an alternative.
