Tuesday, June 24th, 2008

Skiing enthusiasts who want to indulge in a ski holiday during the summertime can do so on slopes in France.
Skiers and snowboarders can visit the summer ski resort of the Perce Neige funicular in Tignes, First Track notes.
The summer ski slopes opened just over 15 years ago, allowing skiers to hit the slopes all year round.
These slopes have just reopened for this year and will stay open until the end of August from 7:15 am until 1pm.
The resort offers private lessons for both skiers and those who want to learn how to snowboard or improve their existing skills in the sport.
There are also group lessons which are on offer to those who have visited the destination for a group ski holiday.
Skiers can also enjoy skiing currently in Val Senales in Italy, the Hintertux, Stubai and Dachstein glaciers in Austria or Zermatt in Switzerland.
