Ski resorts can be romantic places to share a love-filled holiday, especially if your accommodation is superior.
Perisher Blue is Australia’s biggest ski resort and offers some top notch accommodation in the form of the Perisher Valley Hotel, according to the Daily Telegraph.
The hotel boasts a luxury restaurant as well as spa facilities and a host of suites and deluxe rooms for holidaymakers who are looking for an indulgent break.
For skiers who are able to handle mountains at an intermediate level there is Mount Kosciuszko where people can relax at the local chalet’s bars and restaurant.
The Kosciuszko Chalet at Charlotte Pass is the highest alpine village in the entire country. It stands at almost 2 km high.
Meanwhile, Skiers in Maine are supporting Sunday River’s proposals for night skiing to be made possible, according to Boston.com.
However, some of the local residents have voiced concerns about noise from late night skiers.
