Spain’s largest ski area, Formigal, is adding a new tubing and tobogganing slope this winter.
The resort has also announced that a new Italian Trattoria restaurant will be available in the heart of the ski area, overlooking the village.
In addition there’ll be a new Indian village in the El Bosque part of the resort and a new DJ café-bar in the Sextas base station will be open daily from 4pm onwards.
“Now you don’t even have to leave the slopes to start partying,†said resort spokeswoman Catherine Dolan.
Formigal also has a number of special deals available to help skiers and boarders keep costs down, including seven nights for the price of six in many hotels and a free lift pass and ski hire offer for children when one adult per child reserves lift pass and hire.
