Friday, February 10th, 2012

The Big Snow Festival which announced it would move from its original base of Arinsal in Andorra to Kopaonik in Serbia has announced it is now switching venue to a third famous party resort – Sauze d’Oulx, Italy.
The organisers have also revealed that Modestep will be added to the line up from 25th March to 1st April, 2012.
“With more ski runs, and a shorter transfer time (than Kopaonik), Sauze d’Oulx is the perfect resort closer to home for The Big Snow Festival.” said a statement from the festival.
“We are really pleased with the new resort. Sauze d’Oulx in Italy is the perfect resort for The Big Snow Festival to move to. It has a great ski area, it is a great resort and it’s the ideal location for a music festival,” said Festival Managing Director Teresa Walsh.
With the party typically starting early and ending late in Sauze d’Oulx, festival revellers can take advantage of the lively après ski atmosphere, from the plentiful selection of bars, clubs and restaurants to suit all pockets – the place to be for party hard skiers and boarders.
Joining Modestep will be a roster of dance talent including Judge Jules, Micky Slim, Zomboy, Eddy Temple Morris, Stereotype plus more names to be added to the line up shortly to ensure a rollercoaster week!
