Val DIsere Is Top Ski Resort For Brits
Thursday, January 17th, 2008

France’s Val d’Isere is a top resort for Britons taking ski holidays, it has been reported.
According to the Times, Val d’Isere along with Meribel are the top two resorts in France for UK holidaymakers.
The publication also notes that one in ten Brits travels to Val d’Isere annually for ski and snowboarding holidays.
And there is a "very good reason" why, the newspaper claims: "It’s because it has everything a grown-up ski resort should have - vast ski area, loads of great terrain for everyone, stonking apres-ski and places to stay that are as cheap as chips or as dear as diamonds."
Val d’Isere is also reported to be home to the best apres-ski in France.
The Times recently claimed that the French ski resort of Alp d’Huez is the best for those on first time ski breaks.
