New Accommodation Developed In Tignes

Ski holidays in France are getting glamorous as work begins on new four-star accommodation in Tignes.
Developer MGM has begun work on Le Telemark, a 5,127square-metre development which will offer skiers the choice of a range of luxury accommodation.
Major ground works are expected to be completed ahead of this 2008-09 winter season however it is not anticipated that interiors and finishing works to the interior and exterior will be completed ahead of the 2009-10 ski season.
The 55 apartments will be comprised of studios and deluxe five-roomed duplexes while the plush pad will also be kitted out with a major spa facility.
Additionally, the apartments are positioned for skiers ease and offer ski-in, ski-out facilities close to the resort centre as well.
In other French ski news, Francois Fillon, the French prime minister, was spotted enjoying a ski holiday in Val d’Isere just before the close of the 2007-08 ski season.
