Alpe DHuez Good For Beginners

Britons taking family ski holidays who have novices in their group should consider a ski holiday to Alpe d’Huez this winter, it has been suggested.
According to the Times, the French ski resort boasts one of the largest areas of nursery slopes in the Alps region.
Other ski resorts suggested by the publication as being suitable for beginners include the French ski resort of Courcheval.
Resorts such as Verbier in Switzerland are better for those who have skied before, according to the Times.
Ski and snowboarding holidays in North America are also "worth considering" for beginners, it has been recommended.
Holidaymakers skiing in Canada will have benefited from snow showers which fell at the weekend.
