Snow And Rock Ski Talks Set For Summer
Tuesday, April 24th, 2007
If you’re looking to learn more about the art of freestyle skiing this summer, you may be interested in a number of talks being hosted by the Snow & Rock and Ski Club of Great Britain later this year.
On June 20th, Nick and Chris Southwell of the Run Jump Fly skiing and snowboarding film company will give a talk in Covent Garden discussing their position at the radical end of freeride skiing and snowboarding.
There will also be a number of other events around the country featuring talks from mountain climbing and biking experts, with competitions to win Icebreaker merino wool kit and Rossignol skis.
"All the speakers will be able to offer first class advice about their sports as well as sharing their inspirational stories, photographs and films of the extreme challenges they have faced to get them to the top," Snow & Rock reports.
Snow & Rock is a clothing brand aimed at people enjoying climbing, hillwalking and a range of winter sports.
