Snow Mania In Saalbach Hinterglemm

Saalbach Hinterglemm is one of Austria’s largest resorts and reportedly the country’s most popular tourism destination after capital Vienna.
This year the resort has spent more than 10 million Euros on three new high-capacity chairlifts, including a state-of-the-art eight seater with heated seats and weather protection hoods.
The resort launches its 2009-10 ski season with a special ‘Snow Mania’ giant party from December 4th to 6th.
The major ski producers will be in town to provide their latest models for you to test them during the day time on the slopes. In the evenings there’ll be big parties with live music and a lot of fun.
The Snow Mania weekend kicks off with après ski parties from 3pm onwards on Friday 4th December. Ski and bnoard testing accessed by the Schattberg X- press lift runs from 9am to 4pm on Saturday with parties kicking off at 3pm again followed by a Welcome Open-Air-Party with live band and Sport 2000 fashion show at the village square Saalbach from 8.30pm. The schedule is repeated on the Sunday with an Open-Air-Party with band in Saalbach’s village square from 8.30pm.
