Francescato Apartments Accommodation Details

Situated in the heart of San Rocco, these five apartments are of a high standard and well run by a really lovely family. Guests are invited to take a continental buffet or cooked breakfast at the neighbouring Garni Francescato for a small charge. Guests are also made welcome in the Garni's attractive bar area during the evening. The apartments are spacious and modern with carved wood décor.

ACCOMMODATION One bedroom apartments (2-4 people) have a double bedroom with an additional single bed and a single sofa bed in the living area. One bedroom apartments (2-5 people) have a double bedroom with an additional single bed and a double sofa bed in the living area. Two bedroom apartments (4-6 people) have a double and twin bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area. All apartments have a kitchen with a four ring hob and oven, TV, telephone, safety deposit box and bathroom with shower and wc. Bed linen and towels are provided.

LOCATION IN LIVIGNO In the heart of San Rocco area, 70m from Lift 18, the ski school rendezvous and ski bus stop. Marco's Bar and the ski hire shop are just 100m away and the centre of Livigno is a 15-minute walk away.

PRICES Based on four or five people (maximum five adults) sharing a one bedroom apartment and six people sharing a two bedroom apartment on a self catering basis. A refundable loss/damage deposit of approx €150 is payable on arrival.
