Please note that apartments may be situated in either the Les Verdets, Jardins de la Balme, Jardins du Val or Hameau des Verdets residences.
Type C Studios - Sleep 2-4: Living area with table, chairs, a double or two single sofa-beds and balcony and bunk beds for two in the hall way. Private bath or shower room and WC. Kitchenette with two hot plates, fridge and oven.
Type C1 Studios - Sleep 2-4: Living/dining area with balcony, table, chairs and two single sofa-beds. Separate cabin bedroom with twin bunk beds. Fully equipped kitchen area (some with dishwasher), bathroom and WC.
Type C3 Apartments - Sleep 2-4: Living/dining area with balcony, table, chairs and a double sofa bed, separate bedroom with a double or bunkbeds. Fully equipped kitchenette bathroom and separate WC.
Type C2 Studios - Sleep 2-4: Living/dining area with one single sofa bed and a pull out bed. A further two single beds or one single and one fold down bed are separated by a sliding door from the living area. Facilities as Type C1 but with a separate bathroom and WC and a balcony. These studios are located in in the Jardins de la Balme Residence.
Type D Apartments - Sleep 2-5: Living/ dining room with three sofa-beds, separate bedroom with two single beds. Fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher. Bathroom and separate WC. Balcony. These apartments are located in the Jardins de la Balme residence.
Type E Apartments - Sleep 2-6: Living/dining area with tables, chairs and two single sofa-beds which can convert into a double bed. Separate double bedroom or mezzanine with twin or bunk beds and a further small cabin bedroom with twin bunk beds, giving three separate sleeping areas. Bathroom or shower room and separate WC. Fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher. Some apartments have balcony.
Type E1 Apartments - Sleep 2-6: As
type E but in the Jardins de la Balme Residence.
The "Comfort 2" option is available with a supplement in Types C2 & D and includes beds made up upon arrival, towels with a mid-week change, TV, end of stay cleaning and a cleaning kit. NB: If taking this extra, every person within the apartment must book.
