Chalet Reuben Accommodation Details

This fantastic, central building is in the heart of Val d'Isere; a few minutes walk from the Solaise Express chair lift and resort centre. New for 2006/07, the building has been completely redeveloped and sits in a prime location. Chalet Reuben is one of three chalet apartments within the Balias building.

The Reuben is located on the ground floor. Five of the six en-suite bedrooms are on the ground floor and the sixth bedroom is on the lower ground floor (with en-suite shower). Although the lower ground floor room does not have any windows, it is large enough to take three beds and has been designed sympathetically with glass partitions that keep the room light and airy. The open-plan living/dining area opens up onto a sunny terrace.

On return form the slopes, an afternoon tea of fresh bread and jam and freshly baked cake, or other treat, awaits you in your chalet. The gastronomic highlight of the day is a delicious three course dinner, preceded by canapes, and accompanied by a choice of good quality wine. Coffee and a glass of port with your cheese course follows.

Once a week, you will have the chance to sample local cuisine when the chalet staff take a well-earned day off.
