Resort Height: 1500m

We are happy to introduce the sunny, uncrowded resort of Superdévoluy, in the southern French Alps, to our winter programme. South of Grenoble and close to Gap, it is a wonderful up and coming ski area with few crowds and 100km of pistes to explore. The resort has benefited from recent development of lifts and accommodation and skiers and snowboarders looking for something new will be pleasantly surprised.

Beginners
Superdevoluy is an excellent resort forbeginners. Your first steps on snow can be taken on the nursery slopes in the village centre but you will soon be progressing to the Sapins and Chevreuil green runs running down from the top of the Chaumettes chair.

Intermediate
There is a wide range of skiing for intermediates Head uo to the Jas chair and warm up on the rolling Perdrix blue run before heading to the blues and reds at the top of the Festoure.

Advanced
There are several steep black runs served by some rather challenging drag lifts. Our favourites are off the Sommarel and Pierra drags, from which you will have a 1000m descent back to resort.

Snowboarding
There is plenty of great terrain here as well as the excellent `Mushroom Park` and `Crossline`, home of the Borderline Cup at the end of Jamuary.

Apres Ski
Dévoluy offers a vareity of après ski experiences, with a selection of bars and restaurants to keep visitors entertained. Try Le Bar Presse, Le Village Pub and La Fournaise and Le Chalet to dance the night away!

Families
Families welcome - Kids Ski FREE.
From the age of 12 you can join the preparation for the "3 étoiles". For the very youngest there is a snow kindergarten (3 to 5 years) and a nursery (18 months to 4 years).

Eating out
There is a choice of restaurants to suit all your needs ranging from traditional dishes to pizzas. Le Cristal, L'Establou, Le 7 Cinquante, La Bon Adresse, La Tania, Le Rapido, La Bergerie to name a few.
