Residence le Belmont Accommodation Details

Situated on the piste in the Charmettoger area of Arc 1800 and close to the Transarc cable car, this excellent residence enjoys a great location on the edge of the forest. These recently refurbished apartments offer very high standards of comfort and facilities and are to be recommended for couples, families and groups. Good value. Type of apartment:

I 5200 Studio + cabin sleeps 1/4:

( 24m²) living room with double sofa bed; cabin with bunk beds in entrance.

I 5201 2 rooms, sleeps 2/5:

( 35-38m²) living room with double sofa bed; bedroom with 2 single beds, and pull out bed.

I 5202 3 rooms, sleeps 2/6:

( 55m²) living room with single sofa bed and pull out bed; double bedroom; twin bedroom. North facing.

I 5203 3 rooms, sleeps 2/6

( 55m²) As I 5202, but south facing.

I 5204 3 rooms, sleeps 3/7

( 70m²) Living area with 2 sofa beds and pull out bed; double and twin bedrooms. Some are duplex.

Facilities:

All units have well equipped kitchenette with 4 hotplates, oven, fridge and dishwasher; coffee maker; bathroom (additional shower room with wc in I 5202/5203/5204); wc; TV; balcony.

Included:

Bed linen, towels, cleaning kit, tea towel, TV and end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen). Please see information on self catering accommodation on page 323.

Local Expenses:

Refundable deposit of 200€ (credit card) and resort tax of c. 0.80€ per person per day; baby kit (cot, fitted sheet, chair) 15€, to be prebooked. NB Charge made if apartment left dirty at end of stay.
