Residence Les Balcons du Soleil Accommodation Details

Accommodation in either the Douchka, Elinka or Saskia residences which were renovated for the 03/04 winter season. They are the best apartments we offer in Avoriaz. Of a higher quality and located in the Falaise area of the resort, they have the benefit of ski to and from your door. The resort centre is 200m and the ski school meeting point is 150m away.

Bed linen, towels, cleaning pack, end of stay cleaning (except washing up) and TV all included.
Studios (2-4 people):
Living room with two single sofa beds. Cabine in the hallway with bunk beds. Fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom and wc.
Apartments (2-4 people):
Living room with two single sofa beds, bedroom with double bed, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom and wc.
Board Basis: Self Catering. Evening meal option available 7 nights, three courses with a choice of starter and main course. All served in a nearby restaurant.
Deposit: 200 euros payable on arrival.
