The first floor has three double bedrooms with washbasin (1, 2, 3) and one further double bedroom (4). Bathroom with bath, shower, wc, washbasin, and shower room with shower and wc. Small sitting/reading area. One triple bedroom with one double and one single bed, en suite shower and wc (5); and one further double bedroom with en suite shower and wc (6). The second floor is a suite for 2-4 people, with double bedroom, spacious separate lounge area with 2 single beds, en suite bath, shower and wc (10). The lower ground floor is accessed by an outside staircase and has a twin bedroom with en suite shower/wc and fridge (7). Bedroom with a double bed and private use of shower/wc on hallway (8). Double bedroom and sofa with en suite shower/wc (9). All rooms on this floor have daylight basement windows (ie: half above ground), fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Sleeps up to 23
