With one of the best restaurants in Zell, the traditional zum Hirschen is well-run by the Pacalt family, has great historic character and still retains many of its original ‘hunting-lodge’ features. Located in an ideal central position at the entrance to the pedestrian area and only 150 m from the main gondola.
Bedrooms: 44. All traditional twins are with either bath & wc or bath, wc & balcony (single with shower & wc); a larger suite (for 4-5 pers.) has two rooms with bath and wc. All have cable TV, phone, radio, safe, hairdryer & minibar.
Meals: Award-winning cuisine. Hot and cold buffet breakfast with bacon and eggs and excellent 4-course dinner with choice of main dish plus salad buffet.
Facilities: Pretty Salzburger-style lounge with cocktail bar; atmospheric residents’ restaurants; à la carte stüberl; wine cellar; massage; free use of small indoor pool & new leisure/spa area with turkish bath, whirlpool & various saunas; lift.
