300 metres from the resort centre. Haus Modlinger is 1.5km from Hohe Salve lift and 1.5 km from the nearest slopes. A ski bus can be taken with the nearest stop 150 metres away.

Facilities: Free use of Sauna and steambath at Franzlhof once a week - Jacuzzi, solarium, table tennis and squash court at the Franzlhof*

Meals:Breakfast buffet and three course dinner with daily salad buffet at the Franzlhof, approximately 50 metres away.

Accommodation:Simply furnished rooms sleep 2-3 in Austrian twin beds. All rooms have prvate facilities.
