This traditional hotel offers its guests a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Fronting the property is a large sun terrace with spectacular views across the mountains. Inside, the attractive lounge bar has a real mountain feel and occasional harp recitals from the hotel's owner. The hotel also offers a sauna and Jacuzzi (all facilities incur a small charge). The typically Tyrolean dining room serves buffet breakfast and a three course evening meal with a choice of two main courses with occasional salad buffet. Vegetarian and children's menus are available.

ACCOMMODATION Hotel rooms are comfortably furnished with Austrian twin beds. All have a balcony, satellite TV, radio, telephone and en suite bathroom with shower and wc. Some rooms are equipped with a bath. All rooms can take an extra bed.

LOCATION IN NIEDERAU Situated on the main road, opposite the Tennladen T-bar, just 800m from the village centre and gondola and 800m to the ski hire shop. The free ski bus stops directly outside the hotel for the regular service to Oberau, central Niederau and Auffach.

PRICES Based on two people sharing a twin room on a half board basis.
