The Karlberger enjoys a superb location overlooking Kitzbühel. The dining room is bright and airy and its large windows afford excellent views over the town. With the ski school and Hahnenkamm lift almost on your doorstep the chalet is an excellent choice for those looking to get out on the slopes early.

Chalet Karlberger - sleeps 29-33 (room numbers shown in brackets): Ground floor: Entrance hall, lounge/dining room with open fire and views over the town, WC. First floor: Two twin rooms (1 & 8) with washbasin and shared balcony. Shared shower and WC opposite in hallway. Twin room with en suite bath, WC, separate beds and balcony (2). Two triple rooms (3rd bed only suitable for a child) with en suite bath, WC and balcony (3 & 4). One double room with en suite shower, WC and balcony (5). One double room with en suite bath, WC and balcony (6). Twin room with en suite bath, WC and separate beds (7). Second floor: Two triple rooms (Austrian twin plus single) with en suite shower, WC and balcony (9 & 12). Two twins with en suite shower, WC and separate beds (10 & 15). One single with en suite shower and WC (11). Quad Room - sleeps 2-4: Located next to the chalet (separate entrance). Consists of one twin bedroom, living room with table, chairs and two single beds plus en suite bath and WC.

Room description

Rooms for 2 people sharing a twin room on chalet board with private shower, wc and separate beds. Triple rooms, rooms with bath and balcony and an apartment sleeping 4 are all available for a supplement. The chalet welcomes children under 12 all season.
