This traditional, family-run hotel is situated on the outskirts of KitzbÃ¼hel close to the Bichalm lift and approximately 1.5km from the resort centre. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service for guests into KitzbÃ¼hel centre each evening. The regular free ski bus stops directly outside the hotel for access to the lifts every day.

Austrian twin rooms with possible sofa bed, bath or shower, wc, satellite TV, radio, hairdryer, minibar, safe and balcony.
Rooms (2-4 people):
Larger rooms with Austrian twin beds and two sofa beds and facilities as above available at a supplement.
Board Basis: Half Board. Christmas and New Year meals included

Meals: Buffet breakfast and four course evening meal with daily soup and salad buffet. Farmer's buffet.
