Ideally located in a quiet area, yet within minutes of all Kitzbuhel has to offer. It is approximately 600m from the centre of Kitzbuhel, and only 100m from the ski bus stop.

Austrian twin bedded room with sofa bed, bath or shower and wc, cable TV, hairdryer, telephone and minibar. Single rooms are also available at a supplement.
Board Basis: Half Board. Christmas and New Year meals included.

Meals: Buffet breakfast and four course evening meal with choice of main dish and salad buffet. Occasional speciality buffets.
