This traditionally decorated chalet is situated in a peaceful residential area of Kaprun but only a short walk to the town centre. Located in a slightly elevated position, the Hohe Tauern has good views across Kaprun and the surrounding mountains. It is also convenient for the Lechnerberg beginners' ski lift and the ski bus to the glacier.

Ground floor: Kitchen and sauna.

First floor: There is a large living/dining area, one twin room (2) and one quad room with twin and bunk beds (3) and a bathroom.

Second floor: One twin with basic en suite including half-bath, hand shower and WC (4), one 4-bedded room with twin and bunk beds, en suite shower and WC (5), two twin rooms with en suite shower and WC (6 & 7), a small twin room with en suite shower (8) and a separate, shared WC. Rooms 4 and 5 are eaves rooms.
