1800mSoldeu-El Tarter comprises two villages about a mile apart, linked by one ski system. Famous for its excellent ski schoo and lively après-ski, this resort offers snow sure skiing, great for beginners and perfect for intermediates. Soldeu at 1800m is a compact village offering lively après-ski, a friendly atmosphere and a first class snow record. The Soldeu-El Tarter lift pass now covers 90 kilometres of piste and is connected with Pas de la Casa-Grau Roig to offer 187 km of piste on one linked system. The pistes are meticulously groomed with snow cannons covering 32 kilometres of piste.

Beginners
Soldeu is home to an award-winning ski school. Its mainly British instructors offer an excellent standard of tuition ensuring beginners progress at a rapid pace. The gentle sunny slopes above the village, accessible via the telecabine from the heart of Soldeu, are ideal for perfecting snowplough turns, before heading to wide open blue runs under the watchful eye of instructors.
Intermediate
Intermediate skiers will love the wide, open motorway-like slopes above Soldeu. The red runs from the Tossal de Llosada will offer a challenge to the more advanced skier whilst the more gentle runs on the Solana del Forn can be enjoyed by the less confident. With the arrival of the long awaited Grandvalira ski pass, intermediates have even more choice.
Advanced
With the right conditionsm, Soldeu can provide the expert skier with some incredible off-piste skiing. Advanced skiers may have previously found the area rather limiting, but with access to the combined Grandvalira ski area, advanced skiers and boarders have an extensive area to explore.
Snowboarding
Soldeu features a terrain park with a half pipe and jumps. A wide variety of easy and intermediate runs, coupled with a good snow and sunshine record make Soldeu an ideal place to master the basics of snowboarding.
Apres SkiNightlife here can be as lively as you want it to be, with a wide choice of bars to suit all tastes. Drinks prices are duty free and definately help contribute to the party-like atmosphere.
